FAQ -

How do I make the presentation play on its own?

Go under the SlideShow Menu - you can Rehearse Timings - which means you will play your presentation and as you click the computer will record the amount of time you viewed your slide so the next time you play it - the presentation will advance on its own.

How do I insert movies/sound?

Go to Insert>>Movies or Sound

TIP - If your movie does not play automatically it may be the wrong format. Each version of PowerPoint allows different types of movie files. On a Mac - your movie should be a .mov

Can I save my presentation as a movie?

Yes! Go to File>>Make Movie  - It will export your presentation as a Quicktime movie file.

Can I record my voice along with my presentation?

Yes! Go to SlideShow>>Record Narration - That will allow you to record your voice along with the timings for your presentation.
